At the start, we help you choose the right training program for your goals, so you always know exactly what you're working toward. As your goals change and evolve, so does your program.

We offer dozens of programs for both men and women, including:

Each pod features our video-based training system, delivering clear exercise demonstrations, built-in countdown clocks, structured pacing, and step-by-step guidance. This makes your workouts smoother, more interactive, and consistently on time—while still giving you the personalized coaching and support you expect at The North Athletic Club.

Your program is also available inside our custom app for reference, tracking, travel workouts, and progress updates—but the in-pod video system is where your workouts truly come to life. Every member trains in their own pod, on their own program. Say goodbye to one-size-fits-all workouts.

Between sessions, our coaches remain accessible through our in-app messaging service—so you always have support, whenever you need it.

Personalized AttentioN

Unlike group classes, your program adapts to your needs and abilities. Through structured periodization and thoughtful customization, your training evolves every three weeks—keeping your workouts challenging, effective, and aligned with your goals. As you get stronger, our coaches update your weights and progressions so you continue to make steady, meaningful improvement.

Personal Space

No more crowded gyms and fighting for equipment. Each training pod has everything you need to accomplish your goals. With a maximum of 6 people per session, you get the energy of a group class, but the attention of personal training.

Train on your time

With multiple sessions available daily, book the sessions that work with your schedule on our easy to use app. No need to commit to a specific day or time, book in when it works for your schedule.

Monday - Friday - 6am, 7am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday - 8am, 9am. 11am
